New adoption and attendance records were set:

  • Over 25, 000 people enjoyed the free event during the two days (October 10 & 11)
  • 1158 pets were adopted and are now in permanent and loving new homes

There was something for the whole family from face-painting and balloon-twisters for the kids to Splash Dogs and wine (from nearby Napa Valley) for the adults. Norman, the world famous scooter dog performed both days and there were police k9 demos and flying Frisbee dogs! Of course many attendees brought their family pets.

Pet Food Express Founder, Michael Levy, said he is most proud of the number of animals adopted: "Over the past 5 years, we've helped nearly 4-thousand pets find forever homes including dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, guinea pigs, bunnies and even a pigeon."

The event was so successful that Pet Food Express has already committed to holding it again next October 15th & 16th 2016!
